Punta Maistrali Villa

The building appears amid the Mediterranean greenery, standing alone on a cape along the Costa Smeralda coastline. The project envisages the transformation of a pre-existing building, unifying 6 dwellings in order to create a 600 sqm villa.

All the rooms face the central courtyard: this acts as a shadowed patio, sheltered from the wind, but in the meantime it focuses the view towards the sea, through the living room great windows. Living room and dining room occupy the entire length of  the volume parallel to the coast; at the edges the cantilever roof covers two open air living room extensions.
